Philosophical Dreams

The real philosopher has philosophical dreams, W. says. Leibniz dreamt of monads, and Spinoza of infinite substance. Heidegger dreamt of the Being of beings, and Levinas of the face of the Other.

He only dreams of me, W. says. What does that mean?
